My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Paris. I'm a 7-month-old spayed female Terrier mix. I weigh about 10 pounds, but I still have a bit of growing to do. Not only am I spayed, I'm also microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccines. I'm move in ready!

I'm a sweet little pup with a friendly demeanor. I get along well with people and I absolutely love other dogs! I'm also cat-friendly, so that's a plus! I'm a little shy when I first meet new people, but I warm up quickly. Before you know it, I'll be begging you for belly rubs.

I first arrived to the South LA pound at the beginning of April. I was turned in as a stray. I didn't have a microchip or a collar, so it isn't known whether I had an owner previously. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find out the history of stray dogs. Once the shelter staff got to know me, they told CageFree that I needed a forever home and asked if they could help me out. Lucky for me, the friendly folks at CageFree said yes! The very next day, I was sent for spay surgery and then over to CageFree's facility to join the rescue pack.

So now here I am, making lots of new doggy friends and getting to know my human companions, too. I'm so eager to find my perfect forever home! Since I'm still a puppy, my ideal family would be active and energetic, with lots of love and cuddles to spare. If I sound like the perfect pup for you, please hurry and contact CageFree.
