Bud Abbott (Neutered)'s Info...

I am already neutered.

Bud Abbott (Neutered)'s Story...
"Bud Abbott" is a handsome senior male Beagle mix who arrived at the HSOV on April 11, 2017 with his best friend/side kick (who of course was none other than "Lou Costello"). These good-looking guys were found taking a stroll in the Lower Salem, Ohio area.

"Bud Abbott" has a black-and-brown short smooth coat with subtle white/blue ticking on his back, short legs, a long tail, and a darling face with extra-large brown velvet ears. This older gentleman has a sweet, lovable personality.

"Bud Abbott" is pleasingly plump and weighs 38.4 lbs. He has already been neutered. "Bud Abbott" walks fairly well on a leash. Two of our volunteers took the boys out together for their photo session since they are sharing a kennel and seem nervous when separated.

In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, "Bud Abbott" will be held for 3 days so that his owner may reclaim him. He will be available for adoption on April 14, 2017 if he is not reclaimed before that date.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bud Abbott (Neutered), a Marietta Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
