Ranger's Story...
*****COURTESY POST*****

He is a six year old tan Puggle. He is crate trained, house trained, great with kids, and we have never had any issue with him around other dogs. He is a ball of energy and would be great for a family that can give him more time and attention that we are able to. I do feel a fenced yard is appropriate, as his nose runs his life. He has never dug under our fence, but he was able to squeeze through some areas when we first got him. Once I was able to get those areas dealt with, he has been a model citizen in the backyard. He is being rehomed due to lifestyle changes not allowing the family to give Ranger the time and energy they feel he deserves.

*PLEASE visit our website and fill out an adoption application and we will forward you to Ranger!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ranger, a Toledo Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
