Ceres's Story...
Ceres is a beautiful Redbone Coonhound and just as sweet, too. She is 4 years old and spayed. Ceres wandered into her rescuer's yard one morning hoping she could stay, but it didn't work out. She is very smart and very well mannered, loves people and loves to be with them. Ceres is good on a leash and we think housebroken. She would love to meet you and go home with you today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ceres, a Reeds Spring Redbone Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound for sale in Reeds Spring, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound dog from a breeder in Reeds Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reeds Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reeds Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reeds Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
