Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At just a year and a half old, Rocky has already been through a couple of homes in his young life and he is hoping that the next time, it will be his forever home. This little jack russell/chihuahua mix was originally surrendered to our Newark facility because someone in his family developed allergies and they could no longer keep him. Rocky was transferred down to us at AHS/Popcorn Park to begin his search for a new home and he found one, only to be brought back because he didn't seem to like larger dogs. Third time's a charm, right? Rocky is a sweet little guy that may take a little time to warm up to you but once he does, he'll be your best friend for life. He is mature and well mannered, and has had training too. Rocky walks like a real gentleman on a leash but when he sees a larger dog, he does voice his opinion, so he will need a home with no large dogs and also a home with no children under 10. He seems to get along just fine with smaller dogs. Rocky will be your loving and loyal companion forever if you give him the chance. File#27040 1/4/17
