Meet Lucy! She's a bundle of fun and love all wrapped up in a pretty black Pittie. She loves taking selfies, going for adventures, and cuddling with people on the couch. She's pretty much up for whatever you're up for, and who can complain about that? :)
Lucy is about 3 years old and she's healthy, spayed, crate and house trained, and currently getting back to training basics with her foster mom and one of our professional trainers, so she's learning how to walk pleasantly on the leash (no problem!), how to go to "Place" when she needs to relax or for some brain work... or just to chew a bone, and all the other good things we teach our dogs so they're balanced and ready for their forever home. Lucy is good with dogs her size, but she finds small dogs and kitties too tempting to chase, so a home without any littles would be best for her.
Lucy was saved as a puppy by her foster mom, who then re-homed her to what she thought was a great family. Fast forward 3 years and her foster mom got a call -- Lucy was in a shelter. :( Apparently the family that had adopted her just dropped her off and never looked back, and this is another case of a microchip saving a dog's life.
Only good things ahead for Lucy, and we're so excited for her. She'd love to meet YOU! Please submit an application at www.BullsEyeRescue.com and we'll be in touch, and after you submit app you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Her adoption fee is $275 and requires an adoption application (bullseyerescue.com), interview and meet n greet, personal and vet references, and a home check. Due to our small size, we're unable to adopt out of state (located in Atlanta, Georgia).
