Penny is a playful, extremely loving 1-year-old female Pit Bull/Pointer mix. Weighing roughly 50 lbs, Penny is a remarkably happy and affectionate dog. She can take just a few seconds to get comfortable with new people, but once she begins to feel safe, Penny's true personality emerges--she’s SUCH a love-bug! She’s good with other dogs and loves to play. She is an active young dog, so a family that will be committed to providing her with adequate exercise is a must. Penny walks well on leash and is working on her basic obedience. Her adoption fee is $250, which includes her spay, microchip, UTD vaccines, deworming and flea treatment. Penny will be a fun and loyal adventure buddy and we know she will make a great addition to a loving family. Come Meet Our Pets...

We do visits by appointment only and do require potential adopters to have an approved application on file with us prior to coming to the rescue to meet dogs.

Our Adoption Process...

We have a thorough adoption process in order to make the best match possible for both our dogs and our adopters. We require that every adopter complete one of our adoption application. Once approved we arrange for a meet and greet, sometimes we do require multiple visits prior to adopting. We require home checks for all of our adopters and a mandatory foster to adopt trial for all of our adult dogs, before adoptions can be made official.
