Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mika is a timid 3 year old Schnoodle. She was surrendered by her family who had her for 3 years because she was not social enough. She is a very timid little girl who will need an experienced dog owner who will understand her needs and make her feel comfortable. Once she earns your trust, she warms up quickly. She is somewhat house trained - and the foster is teaching her cues to go out and get on a schedule. She is very sweet and loves to be petted once she trusts you. Since other small dogs help build her confidence, we would prefer she goes into a home with another small dog. She loves walks, but could be somewhat protective when walking on a leash because she is so timid. She is distant with children - as long as they do not scare her - so families with small children under 10 will not be considered.
Mika is being fostered through FCACC - and is currently living in a foster home in Chicago. She is fully vaccinated, and will be spayed and microchipped this week. Applicants in the Chicagoland area will be considered - her adoption fee of $200 covers her vetting. Please email fcacfoster@gmail.com for an application.
