Grace's Story...
This adorable face belongs to our newest rescue Grace. Grace appears to have a very sweet disposition and likes to curl up in your lap for a good snuggle, she rides well in the car and appears to be house and kennel trained. She would prefer to live in a quieter home situation with older children or adults only. We believe Grace is about 1.5-2 years old, possibly a Papillon/Pom/Spaniel mix of some sort. Grace would prefer to be an only pet in a quiet adult household
Grace is currently living in a foster home, so if you are interested in meeting this little angel, please email us at Rescue@Idahodogs.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grace, a Meridian Papillon/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon/Pomeranian for sale in Meridian, or seeking a Papillon/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon/Pomeranian breeders who help with Papillon/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
