THANKS TO A PETCO GRANT, THE CURRENT ADOPTION FEE FOR CATS/KITTENS AND MEDIUM AND LARGE DOGS (dogs that are in the bottom row of cages) IS $25.  THE FEE FOR PUPPIES AND SMALL DOGS (dogs that are in the top row of cages) IS NOW $75.

Laurel came to us as a stray, so we are estimating that because of her dark brown coat with the white blaze on her chest that she is probably part Chocolate Lab.  She is about 2 years old, so has reached her mature size, which is about half the size of a full-blooded Lab. The lighter coloring around her mouth is not a sign of age - she has light shading on her legs as well.

The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, a da2ppv shot (canine distemper/parvo vaccine), heartworm test, deworming and microchip.
