Meet Caroline! Yes, her description says Pug/Shepherd, she has the Pug eyes and underbite for cuteness with Shepherd mixed in for some fun!
She had a terribly rough life before finding Out of the Woods. She was found in such bad shape, horrible mange and infection and people were threatening to shoot her. But a rescuer stepped in and brought her to us. After spending a month in the hospital, she made it to one of our amazing fosters. With love and care she has blossomed into an incredibly smart and loving dog. She has some more hair to grow but is completely healthy and ready to find her family. She makes excellent eye contact, loves to learn new things and has been experimenting with the A-frame and jumps on the agility course.
She is a talker and does a little complaining in her kennel but settles in fine. She does great with other dogs. Walks on a leash. Loves the dog park and snuggling on the couch. She has only had one accident in the house and uses a doggy door.
She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped and ready to meet you.
