My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m called "Poor
Buddy" because I was
alone and cold in the
freezing weather with
no food or shelter. My
now foster mom, Jean,
would see me sitting by
the side of the road
waiting for my family to
come back. She tried
to help me but I would
run away from her because
she was not who
I was waiting for. It was
my lucky day to finally
be rescued as I had just
about given up. Boy,
was I hungry! I received all my vaccinations, I was neutered
and I tested heartworm negative so I am now ready to run
and play by your side. I am 1½-years-old, 70 pounds and a
mix of Boxer, Pit and Hound. I love to ride in the car! I know
the following commands: come, down, go, sit, stay, eat and
treat. I have passed my service dog evaluation and will be
trained by Purrfect Pooches in Sneads Ferry to be your very
own service dog - which is included in the adoption fee. Or I
would make some family an amazing companion and basic
training will also be included. I will make you proud. Contact
