My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome dog looks like a wire haired jack russell terrier/ bassett hound mix. He has the JRT look and coat and the bassett feet and classic tail that sticks straight up and wags like a pendulum. He is just the neatest dog, always happy, gets along with all of the other dogs,does well on a leash, seems to be pretty well house trained. He is approx 19 months old and 20 lbs. He has a lot of personality and is going to make a great companion for someone. He is a little shy of new people at first but soon is wanting pets and treats. This is a really nice dog, well behaved, and he does like being close by if you are home and would benefit from having a companion for company.

The total adoption donation of $525 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in TX in foster care.
