My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Perch got his name not because he likes to perch on the windowsill (which he does) but because he was rescued from a local lake where he was abandoned with his siblings. He was very fortunate that an individual who had planned to go fishing saw Perch and his siblings and instead of catching fish caught a litter of seven kittens. The man who found them couldn't keep them all (he did keep one) so the rest were taken to the local shelter. Perch and his siblings were terrified and the shelter knew they needed some extra tlc so rescue was asked to help with them.

Perch's estimated birth date is 1/20/2017. Perch has an awesome personality. He's an extremely friendly and outgoing boy. He is expected to have longer hair and will need a family that is willing to brush him on a regular basis. He's been highly socialized with other kitties and has some dog socialization. He must be adopted into a home that has another pet to be his companion. Perch has been good with his kitty box. He is eating Iams kitten.
