Clyde's Story...

I am looking to rehome my dog Clyde. We have had him for about five years and hate to have to let him go. I adopted him when we was a puppy and I am not sure exactly what breed he is. He is good with our other dog Cletus and our cat. I have never had to put a leash on him when we walk, he always stays right by me. The reason we are needing to rehome him is because he needs more than what I can give him at this time. He needs to be given daily walks and exercise. I have two small children and another on the way, right now we do not spend enough time with him. A family that is active would be ideal. I am very sad that we have to do this but right now I want to do what is best for Clyde.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Gobles Labrador Retriever/Redbone Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Redbone Coonhound for sale in Gobles, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Redbone Coonhound dog from a breeder in Gobles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gobles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gobles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gobles paves the way for another one to be saved.
