Poindexter -Adoption Pending!'s Story...
There is an adoption pending for this cat!

Poindexter is a handsome brown/black/white male tabby. He is very affectionate and friendly and still full of kitten playfulness. He jumps up on laps for attention and then settles down for a snooze. Poindy has no litter box problems, likes toys on strings, toy mice and his scratching board and being walked on a leash. He has a passion for watching the neighborhood doings through the window. He’s still in the kitten phase of walking under your feet because he likes to be wherever you are.

Poindy is a people cat. He loves people but is a bit of bully with other cats so we feel he needs to be an only cat. His estimated date of birth is May 2016. Poindexter is neutered, litterbox trained, is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and is microchipped!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poindexter -Adoption Pending!, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
