AVAILABLE 03-19-17 Citrus was brought to the Shelter by an Animal Control Officer who picked him up on a city street. He's neutered and housetrained so Citrus must have had a family at some point in his life; but no one called or came looking for him, so he's now available for adoption. He's about 3 years old and seems to be a Lab/Bull Dog Mix with his Bully face. Citrus does great on leash walks - almost walks loose leash. His foster family of two weeks confirmed that he is housetrained and good on leash. They also said Citrus was good with other dogs, enjoyed car rides and playing with his toys. Citrus has been microchipped, vaccinated and he tested negative for heart worms and is on preventative. Come on to the Shelter in Elizabeth City to meet this handsome guy - after taking him for a walk, you might just decide to make Citrus a part of your family.
