My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Watson is an adult (maybe 3 years?) Pomeranian—as far as we can tell he is full pom and not a mix. He is about 10 lbs. and neutered. He is a playful guy, and likes to play with both people and other dogs. He is initially cautious with new people, but he will warm up quickly if you have treats for him!

Watson can be jealous about sharing time and attention with other dogs, so his people will need to be firm and not allow him to be on their lap if he is growling at other dogs. He has a harder time warming up to men, but he does if given time and space to do so.

Somehow Watson was a stray for a couple months. No one knows how he got loose or who is owner was—he was never claimed. While loose, he was extremely difficult to catch, so it is very important that his new family/person be very careful about open doors, and have a fenced yard without holes or loose boards. We will not adopt to homes with young children or with older children who come and go frequently—we want him to never get loose again. Watson is crate trained and house trained. Watson bonds quickly with his favorite person—Pomeranians are very loyal to their “person." He is a complete doll, and easy to fall in love with!

Watson's adoption fee is $250.
