This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $175 if picked up in TN, $225 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions.
Bouncy and bright is our class clown, Bonnie! She is a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix girl who weighs just 20 pounds and is about 1 year old. Bonnie loves to play, play, play! She is good with other dogs and enjoys her playful wrestling matches. She's good on a leash and is already crate trained. Bonnie would prefer to have a canine sibling but also loves humans as well, and is even good with cats and kids! Bonnie would also enjoy a fenced in yard where she could stretch her long legs. She still likes to chew like a puppy, so chew toys and puppy-proofing would be needed...but Bonnie will do whatever you like for a treat. Bonnie is very food motivated and will be easily trained in her new environment. When we got Bonnie, she was in a sad state, but she is almost completely recovered from demodex, a non-contagious form of mange. She hopes that you will look past her hairless legs to see her awesome personality! We think this girl will bring lots of joy and laughter to your home for years to come. If you think Bonnie is needs to come home and clown around with you, apply to adopt her today!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
