Brownie is a very likable guy. He has large intelligent eyes that are very attentive. He is missing a toe, it was bitten off by a dog at another shelter. Despite his handicap he gets around just fine and still likes other dogs. He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and flea/heartworm prevention.
