Harley is a bundle of energy when he gets going. Yet he also loves to cuddle and be petted. He gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. And there hasn't been any issues with the cats either.

Harley's foster family is working on house training. He has had some accidents in the house but will continue to get better as he follows the lead of his foster siblings.

Harley likes to run and play outside (his foster home has a fenced in yard) and also go for car rides; he rides really well in the car.
