Daisy's Story...
Hi, my name is Daisy and I am a wheaten terrier. I am about 2-3 years old. I was originally adopted last year around Halloween, but I was brought back to the shelter on March of this year. I guess the lady's big dog didn't like, but it took her almost 6 months to figure this out. I was then adopted again, but this time I was brought back the very next day,it seems the child in the house was allergic to me....makes me wonder. Any way I was then rescued and brought to the sanctuary where I found all kids of friends my size and no one here is allergic to me. The lady who has me really wants me to find a home where I will be love just as much as I am here.....Can I come to your house to be loved by you? Please

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Shannon Wheaten Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier for sale in Shannon, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier dog from a breeder in Shannon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shannon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shannon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shannon paves the way for another one to be saved.
