Hi My name is Nikko. I am a beautiful fawn lady. What makes me a lady you ask? The touch of grey that caresses my face. Being 9 years old I have had a life of being an outside girl! I have decided it was time for me to give that all up and get pampered a bit and find a new furever home where I can retire.
My foster mom tells me I have the most amazing eyes-- Eyes that can tell stories for days. I am not big on long walks and I am working on gaining weight. Mostly I love to be talked to and pet.
Potty trained…. I got this! I am crate-trained and house-trained. My foster mom keeps me on a schedule.
I have a human foster brother who is 8 years old. I like him and he is kind to me. I haven’t met any young kids yet. But, unfortunately, I don’t like other dogs. I had to learn to defend myself living outside and I don’t understand that other dogs are ok to live with. If you are interested in adopting me, please don’t hesitate. I have so many stories I need to tell you.
