Oreo, who is being fostered in Kent Store VA, is 2 years old. Oreo has lots of energy and is a very busy boy. He would do best in a home with a furry friend who loves to run and play and can match his high energy level. He gets along well with his furry playmates in his foster home, including an inside cat. He is not aggressive with his playmates, but is known to protect his food from time to time. He is an independent thinker and has a mind of his own. He can be a very sweet boy on his own terms. He can also be high strung at times and a bit nippy, but is showing improvement with his foster family. Oreo would love a home with adults who are willing to help him continue his progress using positive training methods. He is very fast, so a fenced in yard will be a requirement for adoption. He would also love a home where someone is there most of the time. He tends to feel anxiety when left alone for long periods of time. Oreo is attached to his best friend and playmate Duke. They are a bonded pair and would love to move to their forever family together.
