This goofy girl is Lola! And this is actually how she likes to sit! She is about 2 years old and is absolutely darling! Lola has shown us that she can get super excited and loves to zoom around as fast as she can! She is a very loving dog. Lola does get nervous around arguments and yelling, she would do best in a quiet and relaxed forever home. She did used to live with some dogs in her previous home. Since coming to the shelter, other animals seem to make her anxious. Lola may prefer to be the only animal in the home or she will need a slow introduction to a non-reactive resident dog. She is treat motivated and loves to learn! Lola already knows how to sit, shake, roll over, and lay down. We can't say enough good things about her! What a doll!

AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess.  BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter!

About Our Rescue Group...

Saving Tails Animal Rescue is a start up rescue that currently has 50 animals. The rescue was started by a group of rescue volunteers. As with any rescue the mission is to save lives, but we also want to be part of community outreach when possible, and help educate current and potential owners on how to be good guardians for their animals.
