Meet Justin. He's almost 2 years old. . He's on the small side of medium. he's a bit shy but wants so much to be loved . Whoever owned him did not spend a lot oftime with him on the leash because he's learning now how to use it. Some of our dogs can be seen at DCC at Natalie Commons Pkway in Denver, NC from 10 to 3 on Saturdays. however the majority are at Lincoln County Animal Services .
