Health: Toad is spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, current on DHPP, Bordatella, and Rabies. He has also received a dental.
More About Me: Welcome our new arrival Toad to rescue. Toad loves his people and enjoys tons of attention and cuddle time. He is your side kick and wants to be with you. His housemate is Lucky and they play very well together. However, Toad is definitely more outgoing and ready for any adventure as long as it is with you. He would love to be the center of someone's life. He is house trained and crate trained - but he would rather be with you. He is not much of a barker and just loves to go for walks, car rides and be with his family. He enjoys snuggling under the covers!. Toad is in a foster home with Lucky - they could be adopted together or separate. He is doing great with his foster dad and loves having company. Toad is a social, outgoing, and an all around friendly guy. He loves his people and enjoys to snuggle and give kisses. He is a wonderful companion with a lot of love to share. His family will be so lucky to have him join. He has so much love to offer.
History: Lucky's and Toad's owner has to move into a home with a relative and she can only take 2 of her 4 dogs. Unfortunately Lucky and Toad must find new homes. NWIPR was asked to bring Lucky and Toad into rescue and find them a great home. We are so glad to have them join us in rescue..NWIPR IS AN ALL VOLUNTEER REGISTERED NON-PROFIT 501c3 PUBLIC CHARITY
NWIPR's adoption process includes completion of an adoption application, a vet check, screening, in person meeting, a home visit and a lifetime adoption contract. NWIPR is the pet's advocate and will select the most suitably matched home for the dog's general and unique needs, therefore adoptions are not done on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse service and adoption for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE: The information contained within this pet's biography is based on observations from the current foster home. NWIPR is very honest about the pet's behavior and needs (and provides up to date information), we cannot guarantee they will behave in the same manner in a different environment with new owners as individual household dynamics vary greatly.
CONSIDER FOSTERING A DOG
***Do you or someone you know have the desire to help a rescue dog? If you have a loving heart, dog experience, a safe and secure yard and the notion to make a difference, please consider fostering a rescue dog. There are MANY dogs that we just do not have room for and just one person can make a world of difference to a dog that needs a safe place to rest his or her weary paws.....***
