Welcome to Katie's Roadside Rescue! We are an animal rescue with the primary mission of saving dogs that have been dumped in the country or by the side of the road to fend for themselves.

Lexa may not be super gorgeous just yet on the outside but she is stunningly beautiful on the inside! Her story is only a guess but her life book is still to be written. She is so gentle and calm and had no issues meeting her foster home dogs. She is a perfect house guest and uses the doggy door. She is playful but not crazy. She is going to be a long haired stunning girl in no time. She was treated for mange "just in case" even though the test was negative. She was covered in fleas so much of the hair loss was from fleas. She will be spayed in the next couple weeks and ready to go anytime.
