He is a pretty laid back boy but also enjoys being goofy and having some play time here and there. He is a pretty slow mover and does not care to do stairs; however, he will do them if the reward is right! A single level home would be preferred.
Louie is partially house trained. He will "usually" sit by the door to let you know when he has to go potty, when someone is home. He is good about going pee on a pee -pad when home alone
Louie is on eye drops that he will need indefinitely (approx $60/month), he also takes and will need for the remainder of his life Previcox daily for knee and hip related arthritis and inflammation ($37/month) and needs occasional medicated baths and ear meds.
Louie likes lots of attention and loves food! His love for food has caused some food aggression issues with the other dogs in his foster home and because of this we do believe he would be best as an only dog. It is unknown how he does with cats as he has never been around them.
