Rochelle is a special needs sweetheart. She is very sweet but is deaf so she needs a home without small children who can startle her. Rochelle is very loving, likes to play ball, knows some hand commands but needs work on taking treats nicely. Rochelle is about 5 years old and has a pretty white coat.
