Mona is a hoot! This grey faced middle aged Doxie mix has two speeds, fast and sleep. It's hard to judge her age due to her varying speeds so we are guessing somewhere between 8 and 13. She is like teenage girl who loves to hear herself talk. Mona has the quirkiest bay that she does, like a beagle so no shared walls for this girl. She is housebroken but often times needs to be coaxed outside. Mona does need a fenced yard because when she is outside she loves to explore. She rides well in the car. Mona thinks cats are the best toy there is because they run, so she needs a home with dog savvy cats. Mona prefers her bed rather than snuggling with her human. We guess it's her southern belle independent streak. She likes the company of other dogs but would also be fine as an only dog. Food is Mona's favorite thing in the world and she will stop at nothing to get it. She will definitely keep you on your toes. Mona has had a dental, spayed, mammary tumors removed, up to date on her shots, and housebroken. She does have some old lady lumps and bumps but they only add to her charm. Mona is looking for an adopter who needs a little fun and laughter in their life along with the most reliable and loving companion there is.
