My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

YOGI is an adult terrier/chi mix. He weighs 20 lbs and came to us scared and in bad health. He had suffered extensive hair loss due to a non contagious skin condition. We've been working him since early March to get him where he is now. He's not 100% but he's getting close. He'll have the terrier, scruffy look when he's all done. To help him with his timidness, we put him in our PAWS BEHIND BARS prison dog training program and we've been pleasantly surprised at how outgoing he's become. Maybe its the soothing oatmeal baths or good food and company every day, but he will gladly greet strangers with a way of his tail. YOGI is ready for his forever home. He'll do best in an adult environment and will probably "latch" onto one person. We will cover his vet expenses until his skin is back to perfect.
