My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Patty and Patsy are sweet but shy 2 year old English Bulldog/Pug mix sisters. Their photos were taken just as they arrived from being rescued from a puppy mill and they were terrified. The sisters were taken to the vet in Holmes County by their breeder to be euthanized. Many times puppy mill breeders do this when they are no longer in need of the dog. They are not socialized and have been neglected. Patty and Patsy have not received much human contact in their lifetime. Both will need lots of patience, training and tender loving care. They are slowly learning each and everyday what it's like to finally be a dog and not a breeding machine. If you're up for the challenge, once in a loving home, Patty and Patsy will make wonderful loving companions. Quieter homes would be best for these girls. They do not need to be adopted together. Patty was adopted.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
