My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She is a lynx point Siamese and available for adoption now. Sugar is 3 years old cat and has been a comfort companion to a 9 year old girl since they adopted her as a kitten. Sugar is indoor only no other pets in the house. She has been fixed and microchipped. The family had to reluctantly give her up after daughter being sick many times. Doctor thought something was wrong as the daughter was sick too often. They did blood work. Results showed child was highly allergic to her cat. They tried various meds but none worked well.

She is being fostered in a private home. Sugar was initially shy and not interested in other animals in her foster home, but now that she has been there for a few months, she is becoming more social. We allow potential adopters (once interviewed and approved) to take home a cat on a trial basis to make sure the adoption will work with all current people and animals in the new adopting home. For those interested in adopting, we can arrange a private meeting at PetSmart Temecula for the adoption and/or to meet the cat. PetSmart is located at 32413 Temecula Parkway, Temecula, CA 92592.
