Facts about Mitzy

  • Breed: Domestic Mediumhair

  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 11298206
  • Hair: Medium

Date of Birth: 2007

Mitzy’s story is all about the power of love. She was a street cat for many years, only managing to survive because of food given to her by a neighbourhood family. When the family moved away, Mitzy’s life became even more difficult, until she was fortunate to be brought into a Forgotten Ones foster home.

Having been all alone and fending for herself for so many years, Mitzy was untouchable and unsocial when she was first rescued—but not anymore! Thanks to the patience, love, and care of her foster family, Mitzy has developed a trust of humans and her amazing affectionate personality has come out. She now craves human companionship and will seek you out for as many pets as she can get. Mitzy never, ever tires of receiving a pat on the head!

Sweet Mitzy is a healthy, good-natured, and well-mannered cat. She is very happy to be living indoors and has perfect bathroom habits.

Mitzy is a loving, delightful cat that will be an affectionate cat companion. She is well suited to be in a single-pet home.

About Forgotten Ones Cat Rescue & Adoption - Richmond Hill

About Our Rescue Group...

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
