Avery's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Avery's Story...
Avery's in training! She's been getting in some miles with our friend Sarah who is prepping for a marathon :) Avery is a very active young lady with lots of potential. She's caught on to house training and is doing well on leash, but she needs someone special to bring out her best. Consistency, safety and love, in addition to training. We'll even offer some sessions to get the right adopter started.

For more information or an adoption application, email LvnCoHS@live.com. Standard adoption fee for dogs is $125, which helps to cover the costs of care provided and allows us to continue our work.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Avery, a Lansing Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Lansing, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Lansing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lansing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lansing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lansing paves the way for another one to be saved.
