Basil's Story...
Puppies and more puppies. Too many to count but all of them count, to us. Basil and her sister were dumped and abandoned in Alabama and we stepped in to make sure they get a better life than that.

Basil was born around Christmas and should grow into a medium-size dog (26-59 lbs.) She's healthy playful, friendly and loves to wrestle with her sister so another dog in the household might be just the ticket for this little gal!

Email or call 770-971-0100 for more info. To increase your odds of having first dibs on an animal, fill out an adoption application, found at

Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations up to date at the time of adoption, one free check-up at Town & Country main vet clinic within 14 days of adoption and a free session with Tenasity dog trainers!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Basil, a Marietta Retriever (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Boxer for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Boxer breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
