My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Amos is a 7 year old Chihuahua mix that weighs 15 pounds. Amos has had a rough past as people have let him down to no fault of his own.

Amos lacks the confidence most dogs have and would do well in a quiet, stable home. He is a companion dog and loves being by your side if you are walking through the house or sitting in your favorite spot. He needs a gentle and patient human guardian who understands his need for slow introductions to new things. He is not aggressive nor will he bite. He will shake and/or hide and can be clingy. He needs a consistent, patient and understanding human guardian who will love him through his fears.

He would like a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time. He also likes his crate as a safe place when he is left alone while you go on errands. He is a sweet and gentle boy who is eager to please his person.

His adoption fee is $150.00 which includes his neuter, current on all vaccines including Rabies, heart worm tested negative and current on heart worm prevention, current on flea/tick prevention and dewormed.
