Meet our Bella. She is a 3 year old Boxer mix at 55 lbs (brown, white and black coat). Sweet Bella was adopted in September. The couple that adopted her had a baby soon after, and could no longer care for her. She has been at our shelter since April 1, 2017.
Bella is a sweetheart who loves attention. She wants to please and is incredibly smart. It is so difficult for a dog to be given the promise of love, and then have it taken away. Even though our Bella is highly intelligent, she can never fully understand why she was placed back in the shelter after receiving love in her family’s home.
Bella is lucky to be with the volunteers at SRAS. They shower her with the love and attention that she deserves. Bella is active, and playful…full of energy and spunk. She is very athletic, and barks if she needs to tell you something important. She would make a terrific watch dog. She loves her squeaky toys and her comfy bed.
Bella has been spayed, is up to date on her shots, house trained, crate trained and micro-chipped. She is not good with cats, but loves to play with large male dogs. This adorable girl is just waiting for her new forever family. Please stop by and see our Bella girl…
Come down and meet her today from 12-4 and until 7pm on Wednesdays!
