Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Red is a 2 year old neutered male fox-red yellow lab who weighs 68 pounds.
Red is a handsome boy. He was tested on lead with other dogs at the shelter and did fine. He was also off lead outside with a female dog and did fine. We don't know how Red is with cats. Red is supposedly good with kids, but we don't have any history of him living with kids. So, he's approved for kids ages 10 and up.
Red is a very sweet boy. He took treats gently and jumped right into the car. Red is very strong and does pull on lead, so an easy walk harness and some training will be good for him.
UPDATE: Red arrived in his foster home two days ago. His fosters report that Red loves, loves, loves people. He will follow his fosters around and wants to be right by them at all times. He has the typical energy for his age and enjoyed going on a walk. He was eager to play with the resident dog and would probably enjoy having another dog that is active. Red enjoys spending time in the fenced backyard. He enjoys chasing after a ball and sometimes would pick up the ball and bring it back. He knows the command "sit." He will jump up on people when excited so his new family will need to work with him on that. Red is just too adorable and will make the right family very happy!
