Additional info:

Dixie is a happy girl who is just thrilled to be out of the shelter. They had her as a Chi/Pug mix but she may be French Bulldog mix, or Pug/beagle mix. Dixie walks well on the leash and loves meeting new people. She loves to play and cuddle and she is completely adorable. Dixie is a very sweet happy girl,. She has had several litters and was probably the best mom. Now she needs a forever home all to herself. She is good with other dogs and not crazy about her crate. Dixie has some separation anxiety but we are helping her foster work through that with her. She is super smart and is learning the commands WAIT, HEEL and TURN. She is confident, outgoing and playful. Unfortunately, Dixie is a snorer so you you might want not want to put her crate in your bedroom! No cats for Dixie, please.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dixie, a Encino Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Encino, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
