My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Johnny! I'm a laid back older gentleman looking for my forever family. I came to the shelter when I was found wandering Bidwell Park with a couple of other dogs. Shortly after arriving at the shelter, I was diagnosed with heartworms. Luckily, my friends here started my treatment and I'm on the road to recovery! Once I'm better, I will need to have my teeth worked on and a tumor removed. Despite the rough road I've been on, I'm the sweetest dog you'll ever meet! I love to relax with my people, and I don't even mind living with other dogs or cats! If you think you might like to meet me, give the shelter a call at 530-894-5630.
