found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Rachel is coming out of her shell very nicely, and we are starting to see that there is still a frisky, playful puppy in her. She has learned to like the leash, and knows that it means a walk, or time to do her business. She still seems to be nervous around men, and has her skittish moments at sudden noises, but is learning to be more trustful. Rachel is friendly, quiet, and sweet natured when you are in the room with her, you forget that she is laying under your feet. She is patient with children, and is learning how to play. She is curious about cats, and generally doesn’t pay then much attention, unless they run, then she would like to play too!
She is nervous around her food, eats fast and cautiously, like she will get into trouble for eating…. We give her lots of space, and quiet time when she has her meals which she is getting at regular mealtimes, and that seems to be helping her get into routine, and helps her uneasiness.
She has some bad habits, which we are trying to curb, like stealing food, getting into the garbage, general scavenging issues, which I believe will cease when she realizes that she no longer has to fight for her meals.
She is an escape artist and seems to get out of her crate at night. Otherwise she doesn’t mind going in and having this be “her space”.
Rachel's adoption fee is $395.00. If interested please fill out an adoption application at:
