Here's what the humans have to say about me:
♪♪"She's the sweetest little rosebud that Texas ever knew
Her eyes are bright as diamonds; they sparkle like the dew
You may talk about Clementine, and sing of Rosalee
But the Yellow Rose of Texas is the only girl for me"♪♪
Annie is a Cocker/Schnauzer (?) blend and has become the newest Yellow Rose of Texas at the Cocker Inn. She is a loving, happy six year old girl who gets so excited when her foster mom returns home that she almost talks! Annie is very smart and seems to understand when we talk to her. This girl is very inquisitive and likes to be where the action is. Because she likes to see if the grass is greener on the other side, we recommend Annie's home have a fence she can't see through. She would also do great as a condo/apartment girl. Annie loves people and gets along well with other dogs once she gets to know them but can sometime be a bit apprehensive when meeting them for the first time. This silly dog smiles most of the time and we adore her! (We would not recommend her in a home with cats. )
