Schier's Story...
Schier is a very sweet boy looking for someone to cuddle with and go on some walks! Schier lived with his elderly human companions until they could no longer take care of him. He has been living with the son but that hasn't work out so well. Schier just needs his person to hang out with. He is very healthy, walks really well on a leash and is completely house trained. Eleven year old Schier weighs 10 1/2 pounds and is quiet and affectionate. He is very good in the car and house. Wouldn't you love to have this adorable boy as your companion? He gets along well with other dogs, we don't know about cats. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Schier, a West Linn Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in West Linn, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in West Linn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Linn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Linn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Linn paves the way for another one to be saved.
