MACK's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

I heard somebody the other day saying they were going to have a Mack attack...I thought that meant I was getting adopted!  But I am still here, so let me tell you all about ME.

I am a beautful, 2 year old male Boxer.  I am a very sweet boy and always interested in everything around me.  I like to explore things.  I am crate trained and working on potty training.  I have learned how to SIT, and do PAW, and walk very nicely on a leash.

I like other dogs, but prefer to be with another female companion.  Who can blame me? I am good with kids as they like to play...just like me!  Definitely no cats!

If size is an issue, I am on the smaller side for a male boxer.  That might make me a perfect fit for someone who is looking for a boxer on the smaller side.

Please schedule a visit to find out if we are a match!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MACK, a Houston Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Houston, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
