SHEILA's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sheila here...I'm so glad that you clicked on my page...I've been waiting for us to connect.  I'm a 4 year old boxer girl.  My parents decided to move and they could not take my brother (Brady) and I with, here I am up for adoption.

I'm a very sweet girl.  I get along with other dogs, cats, and small kids.  My parents had a 10 month old child and I was just fine with the wee one, small kids, as well as larger children.  When excited I get a little bouncy but don't really jump 'on' anyone.  I like to ride in the car, watch TV, and generally spend time with you.  I am potty trained, crate trained, a just a wonderful Boxer girl.

Since I am totally healthy and ready to go I would really like a new home soon, so please put in an application for SHEILA!

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SHEILA, a Houston Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Houston, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
