Critter Twitter:
My name is Helen Reddy - Red for short! I am incredibly sweet and love snuggle time. I am unsure about new people and anxious at first. I keep hearing I need to be 'socialized' so I understand that people are safe.
I am house AND crate trained.
Now I love my food! See, I had to guard my food from the other free roaming dogs so I need you to help me with resource guarding. My foster family is working with me to overcome this. I would like an experienced furEver home.
I would be a lovely addition to any family! Apply to adopt me today! #cuddlemonster #loveskids

About my Behaviour:
I would like to be an escape artist! My adopters must have a very secure yard. My foster family put lattice up around the bottom of their fence in their yard as I'm very good at finding little holes!
I want love to go to continue learning basic manners and such in these training classes I hear about.

How’s my Health?
I am spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Helen Reddy, a Edmonton Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
