My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bernie is a king-sized lap dog. He is about 58-60 pounds. This boy is about 3 and is a happy-go-lucky boy. Bernie is high energy and playful with other dogs. He will need to meet any future fur siblings just to be sure they mesh. He prefers slow intros and confident handler But once he meets another dog, he friendly and delightful. Bernie will need a fenced-in yard. His manners have gotten so much better with a little time and patience, but he will need an experienced owner to help guide him. This boy is sweet and eager to please! Bernie would be best with older children (but only so he doesn't accidentally knock them down giving kisses).

Adoption applications can be found at www.harttn.org. Adoption fees vary from around $200-$275 and depend on several factors including vetting costs and type of dog.

** All HART dogs are FULLY vetted prior to adoption (spay/neuter, up to date on shots, HW tested and on prevention.
