Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET CHARLIE
Charlie is a 1-2 year old Classic Black & Tan German Shepherd who weighs about 75lbs. He is a bit thin, so he will probably fill out to about 80-85lbs. He is an owner surrender who has lived with children before. He seems to get along with the other large-breed females here at the rescue. He has not lived with cats before, but he ignored the young kitty that we introduced him to here at the rescue. Charlie is neutered, micro-chipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and de-wormed.
This sweet boy is also house-trained and rides nicely in the car. Charlie arrived at the rescue last week and is doing a great job of learning the routine. He's a smart boy who seeks attention and likes giving kisses once he gets to know you. He prefers being petted over playing fetch. Charlie gets excited to explore all of the sights & sounds of the outdoors, and could use a little more practice with walking on the leash. That being said, he is not rowdy, which is impressive considering his young age. He is an all-around good pup, seeking an activing loving home to call his own. Ask to visit with him!
